This Privacy Policy applies solely to the application Memble (the “App”), developed and operated by Hefei Xiguoke Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

We highly value your privacy and data security. Memble does not collect, upload, store, or process any personal data on servers. All data generated or used within the App is stored only on your device locally. We do not access, analyze, or use any information that can identify you.

By using Memble, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect and Use ​

(1) Core Principle ​

Memble is a fully offline, local-only photo organization application.

  • No account registration is required
  • No login functionality is provided
  • No cloud storage or synchronization is used
  • No personal data is transmitted off your device
  • We do not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, location data, or any other personal information

All content you manage within Memble (including but not limited to photos, videos, album structures, tags, and organization results) is stored exclusively on your device.

(2) Device Permissions ​

To provide core photo organization functionality, Memble may request the following system permissions, only with your explicit consent:

  1. Photos / Media Access

    • Purpose: To read and display photos and videos stored locally on your device for browsing and organization
    • Note: Photos are accessed locally only and are never uploaded, analyzed, or transmitted

  2. Local Storage Write Access (if required by the system)

    • Purpose: To save organization results such as album structures or metadata locally
    • Note: All write operations occur strictly on your device

Important:

  • You can revoke permissions at any time via system settings
  • Denying permissions may limit certain features but does not create any privacy risk

Memble does not bypass system permission controls and does not access any data without your authorization.

2. Information Sharing, Transfer, or Disclosure ​

None.

Because Memble does not collect or store personal data:

  • We do not share data with third parties
  • We do not transfer data to any entity
  • We do not disclose data under any circumstances

Memble does not integrate any third-party SDKs, including analytics, advertising, login, tracking, or cloud services.

3. Data Storage and Security ​

(1) Local Data Storage ​

  • All data remains on your device
  • You have full control over deletion, backup, and management
  • Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data created by Memble (unless backed up by your system)

(2) Data Security Responsibility ​

Since we do not access or store your data, there is no risk of server-side breaches or third-party misuse.

We recommend that you protect your device by:

  • Using a device passcode or biometric lock
  • Enabling system-level encryption
  • Preventing unauthorized physical access to your device

4. Managing Your Information ​

As Memble does not collect personal data, there is no need to request access, correction, or deletion from us.

You may manage your data by:

  • Deleting photos or albums directly within the App
  • Clearing app data via system settings
  • Uninstalling the App to fully remove all local data

All actions are performed locally on your device.

5. Third-Party Services ​

Memble does not use any third-party services or SDKs, including but not limited to:

  • Third-party login services (e.g., Google, Facebook, WeChat)
  • Analytics or crash reporting tools
  • Advertising or tracking SDKs
  • Cloud storage or synchronization services

Your usage behavior is not tracked or shared.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy ​

If Memble’s functionality changes in a way that affects privacy practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide clear notice within the App.

If you do not agree with the updated policy, you may stop using the App.
